What are the situations in which you can receive a violation from E-ZPass or Tolls by Mail?

An unpaid Toll Bill will escalate to a violation.

Insufficient Funds: When your E-ZPass account is below zero and you travel through a toll lane.

Class Mismatch: When the vehicle class of the Tag you are using does not match that of the vehicle you are driving

Do I still have to pay my tolls?

Yes! unpaid tolls are 100% your responsibility as you legitimately owe the respective tolling authority for usage. TORTOLL will collect your tolls and remit them to the respective tolling authority and fight the violations assessed.

*** If your claim involves an incorrect /unsuccessful transfer of responsibility, incorrect license plate, vehicle registration fraud, or your vehicle was stolen, contact us immediately, so we process the appropriate dispute(s) needed in dismissing any toll(s) & fee(s) assessed to your account(s).***
